嘉市合法民宿突破雙位數 業主以6、7、8年級生居多

嘉義市政府109年12月25日公告「具人文或歷史風貌之相關區域」，民眾得依《民宿管理辦法》相關規定，於區域內申請經營民宿，截至今年8月15日止，街區內已有10家合法民宿設立登記，包括「嘉義慢漫」、「拉瓦宅」、「八拾二弄文旅」、「搖尾巴」、「回朔民宿」、「有春枟宅」、「嘉義小青旅」、「夏天旅宿」、「淌淌時光」及「小小逐月坊」，加上先前五柳園休閒農場「五柳園民宿」，共有11家合法民宿，正式突破雙位數。「五柳園民宿」及「拉瓦宅」更獲得交通部觀光局111年好客民宿標章，讓嘉義市民宿邁入一個新的里程碑。

市長黃敏惠表示，嘉義市建城三百多年，市區中處處可見人文景觀，例如老市場、老街區、老巷弄、廟宇、醫生館等，都見證了嘉義市的歷史發展，在市府團隊的共同努力下，嘉義市舊城區透過青年創業、場域創生、文旅創新而活化再生；觀光新聞處處長張婉芬表示，嘉義市街區內10家民宿中超過50年的屋齡就有3間、40年以上也有4間，屋齡雖老，但區域內負責人都很年輕，30歲到45歲就佔8成。

張婉芬進一步指出，嘉義市過去僅有一家「五柳園民宿」，以休閒農場之規定申請合法民宿等單一申請民宿的管道，如今市府於109年公告「具人文或歷史風貌之相關區域」後，短短一年半民宿家數已成長至雙位數，其中街區內10家民宿中，高達7家業者前身為市府所列管的非法旅宿，經輔導後正式取得合法民宿登記證，顯見市府的努力得到民眾的肯定，願意積極加入嘉義市觀光旅遊大家庭。

觀光新聞處表示，為了讓更多有心加入的民眾了解申請程序及持續輔導非法旅宿合法化，今年還辦理「民宿業輔導計畫」，推出一系列的相關輔導作為，如：教育訓練、標竿參訪、輔導非法旅宿合法化等，目的是希望能有效提升本市合法民宿經營品質及輔導更多業者加入合法民宿行列，創造更多嘉義市有形、無形的觀光產值。
