嘉義朴子公園「啟南亭」古法遷移 保留歷史重現傳統技藝

嘉義縣長翁章梁致力推動「社區公園改造運動」，自今年4月開始改造朴子藝術公園，並在施工過程妥善遷移公園內古蹟「啟南亭」，經由與黃啟南醫師家屬密集討論，最終敲定適當方案，以朴子在地傳統古法進行遷移，使公園進出動線更便利，搭配周邊喬木環繞及綠地，提供民眾優質休憩空間。

「啟南亭」位於朴子藝術公園中心，當年黃啓南醫師回鄉服務50年，過世後由當時朴子鎮長黃明樹向家屬提出涼亭興建邀請，黃啓南醫師的妻子為紀念丈夫為人風範，捐贈65萬元興建涼亭供後人乘涼休憩，將黃啟南先生的助人遺志傳承下去，最終「啟南亭」於1989年完工。

聽聞朴子藝術公園即將改造，黃啟南醫師後代四處奔走，希望保留具歷史傳承意義之「啟南亭」，翁章梁縣長獲悉此事後相當重視，親自邀請黃啟南醫師後代見面，指示建設處研擬保留方法，儘速與黃啟南醫師後代協調方式。經多次協商，最終決定還原鳥居表參道至神社的中軸線，以在地移屋古法將「啟南亭」遷移至公園內適當位置，使進出動線更順暢，並增設公共設施，綠意美化，新增夜間照明，使民眾能更舒適的使用公園。

在翁章梁縣長，嘉義縣副議長陳怡岳、朴子市長吳吳品叡、縣議員黃嫈珺，姜梅紅及黃啟南醫師後代的共同見證下，「啟南亭」今日啟動遷移，翁章梁縣長表示，此次涼亭保留遷移創造雙贏局面，不但保留具有歷史傳承意義的涼亭，也重現朴子傳統移屋古法，讓傳統技藝得以流傳，本次遷移不僅改善公園環境，也兼顧歷史傳承意義，實為歷史與現代共存締造良好典範。
