中信金融管理學院、新營社大攜手 入駐贏地創新育成中心開設新課程

中信金融管理學院、新營社區大學5日在贏地創新育成中心簽署合作備忘錄，包括台南市長黃偉哲、在地議員李宗翰、劉米山等人共同見證，新營社大未來將利用贏地的公共空間，並以「知識提升、公民社會」為主題開設課程，將與中信金融管理學院共同培育人才。

黃偉哲指出，新營贏地創新育成中心連結地方、中央資源，並結合業界外部資源，學研能量協助新創公司，相信未來能藉由新設課程，掌握更多經營策略的方法與技巧，在實現自我創業夢想上有更好方法。
新營社區大學主任張文彬說，社大在大新營區推動成人教育，辦學已經有10多年時間，這次有機會與贏地創新育成基地合作，將讓新營社大有更全面、優質的學習空間，未來開辦公民講座、地方創生主題課程，讓更多市民學習新知。
中信金融管理學院校長施光訓表示，贏地創新育成基地委由中信金融管理學院營運，4層樓空間共計437坪，一樓有創意長廊、多功能會場以及開放討論區；二樓設置獨立辦公室與培訓室；三樓設置有直播攝影間與Podcast錄音間；四樓則規劃休閒交流區，也提供新創團隊交流激盪空間。
促成這次合作機會的市議員李宗翰指出，過去曾協助新營社區大學校舍租約到期的狀況，也幫忙尋覓合適場地，這次能促成雙方媒合，不僅活化既有空間，也能對自己持續關注的青創議題做出貢獻，很開心能促成在地多贏共好的狀況。
經發局表示，贏地創新育成基地是溪北核心的培育場所，提供青創業者腦力激盪及交流空間，也能獲得專業諮詢服務及多元資源。目前贏地3樓公共空間除了提供新營社大進行教育訓練、講座教學，中信金後續也將提供專業師資開設金融、稅務、法律課程。
