汗水洗不去熱情 　雲林七年級生勇敢跨出舒適圈投入基礎建設

營造業工作存在環境酷熱、危險、粗重等典型特性，相較服務業另青年投入的意願相對較低，雲林有一位7年級生看準產業未來發展前景，勇敢離開舒適圈，考取相關證照後透過虎尾就業中心推介，進入營造產業，同時申請勞動部「缺工就業獎勵」，每月多領數千元補助等於再加薪10萬8千元。

77年次的邱健生在營造人力缺口下新加入成為生力軍，靦腆又文質彬彬的他原本是汽車輪胎鋼圈大廠的輪班技術員，領著穩定的薪資、過著習慣的作息，原以為自己會就這麼做到退休，但在跨越30歲後，赫然才驚覺自己在職場上並無學到專精技術，於是在年輕後浪來襲危機感下，毅然決然離開待了八年的舒適圈。

邱健生在去年決定「改行」後，嚮往日本重機械職人精神，便嘗試投入挖掘機(怪手)訓練課程，期盼自己可以成為重機械領域的專家，於今年1月正式踏進營造產業。 （圖／記者李豐佑攝）

邱健生表示，在去年決定「改行」後，除了被勞動部獎勵措施所吸引，加上嚮往日本重機械職人精神，便嘗試投入挖掘機(怪手)訓練課程，期盼自己可以成為重機械領域的專家，而他也在取得證照後，順利地透過虎尾就業中心引薦至現在任職的陸立營造公司，於今年1月正式踏進營造產業，至今，他已穩定在職11個月。

台灣夏季酷熱，邱健生在33度烈日下進行疏濬工程，汗如雨下的他專注地操作大杓子清除河川上的障礙物，雖然每天要與日曬、揚塵為伍，他卻對未來更加篤定，說「改變可能會面臨到很多的挑戰，但不試試看怎麼知道不會成功呢?」邱健生也鼓勵和他一樣站在十字路口的青年、中年甚至高齡朋友們，給自己機會勇敢再一次選擇、再一次嘗試。
