《為民喉舌》接力服務不中斷 林冠維接棒林阳乙聲勢看漲

距離年底台南市議員選戰已經不到100天，進入最後倒數階段，今年多位議員不再尋求連任，並交由家屬接棒，爭取繼續為民眾服務的機會；台南市議會無黨聯盟總召林阳乙就是其一，從永康市民代表到市議員，他從政資歷超過30年，基層實力紮實、選民服務口碑佳，支持者藍綠都有，林阳乙也有感而發的表示，現在是年輕人的世代，未來由兒子林冠維接棒，希望能讓台南市議會注入更多年輕的思維與想法，跳脫傳統的政治體制，全心以民為主，將爭取更多中間選民支持，在選戰中奮力突圍。

林冠維是7年級生，台南大學經營管理碩士畢業後，期間擔任過永康國際青商會會長、西勢社區發展協會理事長（現任）等職務，並在林阳乙議員服務處任職助理迄今，追隨父親為民服務已經有10年時間，父子檔在議會、地方並肩作戰，他累積多年經驗，年輕又具備專業，加上深耕地方，後勢看好。
從出生、求學到就業，林冠維都沒離開過台南，就是土生土長的「永康囝仔」，對這片土地有濃厚的情感，也希望讓孕育自己成長的永康區更好，繼續為更多信賴父親及他的支持者打拚，也替更多民眾服務。
林冠維說，不同於藍綠議員有政黨資源，無黨籍議員靠得就是紮實的地方服務，民眾的陳情案件五花八門，其實簡單來說，就是生活上的大大小小事，貼近基層、以民為本，對他來說就是當好議員的不二法門，這幾年的議員助理經歷，讓他對永康、乃至於市政都有見解與想法。

以交通問題為例，永康因為人口多，又鄰近南科，轄區內也有永康科等工業區，還有3所大學、2處高速公路交流道，3處易塞車鐵路平交道，每天行經的車流量就有40萬車次之多，更別說尖峰時間的交通瓶頸狀況更嚴重，林冠維說，現在鐵路地下化正進行中，屆時高架橋、交流道都會變成平面道路，可望獲得改善，若能擔任議員，他將會繼續監督，讓工程能如期如質完成，並爭取道路安全改善經費，讓民眾都能感受舒適用路環境。
身為一個5歲孩子的爸爸，林冠維感同身受，對於孩子的成長環境及教育問題特別關注，他覺得這是環環相扣的問題，包括現在高齡化社會成型，年輕人負擔越來越重，使得結婚生育的意願降低、有孩子後又得煩惱生活品質，因此他認為，必須從老人福利、生育補助、增加工作機會等層面同步進行，包括老人健保費全額補助、育兒津貼調整、吸引廠商投資等，是他堅持的政策。

在社會公益方面，林冠維將繼續維繫父親成立的「林阳乙之友會」，匯聚各界愛心，透過選民服務及鄰里長等基層回報，並結合民間團體等，對於弱勢急難救助個案給予即時支援，並協助爭取公部門資源，組成社會防護網，包括婦女平權、兒少關懷等，讓有需要者第一時間就能獲得幫助。
林冠維說，過去的3650個日子，他幫著父親處理陳情案件，一面學習、一面成長，完成許多任務，也有更多想為永康地區做的事情，現在接下重擔，準備參選議員，他會努力不懈、奮戰到底，希望為永康持續付出心力。
