高鐵臺南車站特定區計畫審議通過

為配合中央沙崙智慧綠能科學城計畫，提升產業發展需求，高速鐵路臺南車站特定區計畫第一次通盤檢討，已通過內政部都市計畫委員會審議，本次通檢重點包含擬定機關調整、公共設施依現況調整、配合沙崙智慧綠能科學城進行公用事業用地變更及土地使用管制要點檢討等議題。未來週邊配套措施將逐漸成形，市長黃偉哲並要求各單位務必做好後續的執行工作，務使整體進度更順利。
市府都發局長莊德樑表示，本特定區於106年經中央核定列入前瞻基礎建設計畫綠能建設之一環，成立「沙崙智慧綠能科學城」，為建構大台南為大自然共生之智慧生態城市，本次通盤檢討因應中央及地方有關「沙崙智慧綠能科學城」等重大建設計畫投入，以及考量地方實際發展需求，爰變更無使用需求之公用事業用地為產業專用區，以提供更多綠能產業發展腹地。

市府都發局說明，本次檢討配合將部分住宅區內公有既成道路調整為道路用地，使其計畫與現況相符；就土管規定部分亦配合綠能發展方向調整，增訂公園用地允許部分智慧基盤使用、綠色運具最低停車空間數量等，使其管制更為彈性，以鼓勵綠能相關基礎設施設置。
目前草案甫經內政部都市計畫委員會審議通過，後續將接續辦理計畫書圖修訂、核定及公告發布實施作業，歡迎屆時就近至市府、歸仁區公所或市府都發展網頁查詢。
