因應Omicron變異株本土確診病例的增加，及適逢春節連假恐造成社區傳播風險，為保障市民的安全，衛生局年初一會同消保官於鹿耳門聖母廟實地攤商區巡查，啟動食安、防疫及消費保護三效聯合稽查，共查核11家，均符合規定。 其中抽查10位民眾實聯制、7家豬肉產地標示、1家牛肉產地標示均符合規定。
為避免COVID-19群聚感染、致疫情擴大，餐飲相關業者及市民應依中央流行疫情指揮中心公告之防疫相關規定，（一)外出全程佩戴口罩、配合實聯制、（二)餐飮場所：嚴格落實實聯制、量體溫、提供洗手設備及消毒用品；宴席不得逐桌敬酒敬茶；違反未完成改善者，不得提供內用服務、（三)賣場、超市、市場加強人流管制：室內空間至少1.5米/人，室外空間至少1米/人；不開放試吃。

另市政府為避免不肖業者或民眾，藉機哄抬民生物資或囤積居奇，當日亦併同進行巡查。
市長黃偉哲懇切提醒，守護年味府城市民食衣住行育樂的防疫安全措施，人人當責，在防疫不鬆懈的原則下責請業者、市民應遵守規定，違反上開防疫措施，依傳染病防治法第七十條第一項規定，處新臺幣三千元以上一萬五千元以下罰鍰，請市民全體一心挺過疫情的危害，若執意違反者將進行相關裁罰。
