八年級生林書嫻因愛上手沖咖啡，參加委外職前訓練成功考取證照，並投入近百萬創業圓夢，目前已穩定開業超過半年。
「把興趣當工作，就算辛苦也做得很開心！」8年級生林書嫻因愛上手沖咖啡，毅然決定辭去工時超長的工作，並參加勞動部勞動力發展署雲嘉南分署委外辦理的「咖啡調製暨飲調丙級證照班」學習專業技能，不僅學費全免，還同步請領「青年職前訓練學習獎勵金」，訓後更投資近百萬開設咖啡館自己當頭家，一步步確定自己的志向，找到想做一輩子的事！
林書嫻笑說能把興趣當工作，即使再忙再辛苦也很開心，感謝雲嘉南分署委外職訓課程讓她免學費學技能還能領到青年學習獎勵金！
81年次的林書嫻，大學念文化資產系，畢業後曾嘗試參加國考、陸續從事行政類職務，每一份工作她都不斷捫心自問，喜不喜歡？能不能一直做下去？在一個偶然的契機下，她接觸到了精品級的咖啡，完全顛覆她以往喝咖啡會心悸、充滿苦味的刻板印象，喝到後來甚至開始自學烘豆、鑽研手沖技巧，直到109年底她因為超長工時決定先暫離職場，心中想開店創業的想法愈加濃厚，為了更加精進咖啡的相關知識，書嫻報名由雲嘉南分署委託雲林縣職業總工會辦理的「咖啡調製暨飲調丙級證照班」職前訓練班，為未來開店做準備。
林書嫻平日8小時、連續3個月的密集訓練，功力大增，不僅順利取得飲調丙級證照，連開店須具備的食品及環境衛生知識都打好基礎，訓後她陸續花費近百萬，從水電裝潢、設備器具添購、規劃營運方式等都親自監工操刀，「蠻香咖啡」也在去年10月順利開業，半年下來雖然多少有受疫情影響，但她樂觀看待，未來希望能成為咖啡烘豆的專門店，將自己最愛的咖啡推廣給更多人品嘗。
「學技能找政府，不僅省錢還可以領獎勵金！」，青年職前訓練學習獎勵金是為鼓勵15至29歲之本國籍失業青年參加職前訓練，依課程性質每月可領3至8千元不等的學習獎勵金，訓期最高可領9萬6千元；民眾可利用政府資源學習市場上較缺工或較不易取代的職類技術，提升自我的職場競爭力。
