謝龍介開記者會指控索賄千萬 黃偉哲斥「文旦之亂再現」 將提告誹謗

國民黨台南市長參選人謝龍介7日北上大動作舉行記者會，找來納骨塔業者出面指控台南市長黃偉哲涉收賄，黃偉哲出席農產行銷活動時受訪指出，就像「文旦之亂再現」，這是惡意抹黑的選舉手段，企圖影響社會大眾對他清廉形象的判斷，黃嚴厲譴責謝龍介及想藉此達成不法目的的特定人士，他將提起誹謗告訴，追究相關法律責任以捍衛自身清白。

黃偉哲指出，每到了選舉都有假訊息流傳，包括四年前的大創案、三年前的文旦之亂，現在又來個不實指控，原本他期待與謝龍介來場高格調的君子之爭，但對方為了選舉又出抹黑手段，內容多半是他的推論跟詮釋，與事實有嚴重剁差，對此黃感到遺憾、莫名其妙無法接受，「我絕對坦蕩蕩！」
現場媒體問及黃在桃山宴上有無「比1」、講過5次「你要幫助別人，別人才會幫助你」，黃偉哲回說「沒有這個印象」，表次自己在談話場合中都會有一些手勢，但卻與索賄、行賄聯想在一起，根本就是不當聯想，「欲加之罪何患無辭。」

另外針對《透視全球報導》、李瑞祥、陳子堅等人，一再指控市府民政局未依法行政，刻意刁難否准啟承建設股份有限公司之申請案，甚至指摘南市府民政局局長、科長及承辦人瀆職及圖利，南市府指出，這已涉及市府公務人員個人名譽，對此亦將提起訴訟自清，並追究該不實言論之責任。
