民進黨南市第1選區議員提名 黨中央多徵召1席 爭議發回市黨部處理

台南市長黃偉哲今（31）日到南市選委會登記參選，綠營議員及參選人都到現場陪同，展現大團結氣勢，但第1選區卻獨缺初選過關的蔡宗翰，而初選落馬的市議會黨團總召劉米山則始終站在黃偉哲身邊，也引發聯想；據傳民進黨中常會今天開會後決議，以「徵召」方式提名劉米山參選，相關的初選爭議則由市黨部評委會處理，最快明天就有結果。

據了解，台南市第1選區民進黨提名4席，分別是現任議員李宗翰、沈家鳳，以及新人王宣貿、蔡宗翰等，市議會黨團總召劉米山則意外落馬，初選後風波未散，蔡宗翰被競爭對手檢舉涉及盜用前衛福部長陳時中簽名造勢，認定有爭議而暫緩提名公告，對此蔡宗翰反駁不實指控，指出合照相關文宣皆有口頭告知陳時中皆未反對，相關爭議直到本周選舉登記還未能解決，支持者頗有微詞。
消息人士指出，今天下午民進黨中常會開會決議後，決定多提名1席，徵召提名劉米山參選，以杜悠悠之口，至於檢舉事件則將球再拋回地方處理，將由台南市黨部評委會決定是否將蔡宗翰停權，民進黨在第1選區究竟要提名4席還是5席，最快明天就會定案。
今年南市市議員選舉格外熱烈，綠營內部有別於以往初選後的「一笑泯恩仇」，除了第1選區的爭議事件外，第2選區也傳出初選失利的蔣琦君有意脫黨參選，第7選區的陳世霖也退出民進黨，將以無黨籍身分參選，之前也傳出初選制度是否公平的爭議，多少都衝擊選情、影響黨內團結。
