藍營批國慶煙火違法 故宮南院這樣說

針對國民黨智庫質疑故宮南院施放國慶煙火違法，故宮也澄清，南院院區只做為民眾觀賞區，並非煙火施放區，與相關法令並無抵觸，故宮發布新聞稿指出，今年國慶煙火施放區，位在故宮南院園區以外的台糖所屬空地，並非南院院區範圍內，自無違反本院明火管制規定問題，且今年國慶煙火活動的主辦單位為111年國慶籌備委員會，嘉義縣政府為承辦單位。煙火的施放地點、管制範圍及安全規定，都由慶籌會及相關單位依規定勘查及會議確認。故宮南院將配合慶籌會相關規範進行各項管制工作。

目前主辦單位規劃以故宮南院院區作為觀賞區，為了因應當日夜間活動需求，故宮南院配合辦理「111年度南部院區國慶煙火活動場域維護及設備租賃開口勞務案」，主要辦理地坪整平、新增臨時照明及安全隔離設施工作項目。
故宮南院在109年時與農委會農糧署於南院合辦的「糧倉大戲：國產雜糧新品開發聯合發表會」活動，並未在博物館建築內使用明火，當日活動宴席菜餚是在戶外加熱再由專人送入建物內，明火加熱的瓦斯桶設備距離建築物的安全距離，亦依照相關法規標準設置，並無違法、違規問題。
