李秉穎研討會上大談疫苗偏好捧高端　李彥秀臉書怒批別再護航

新冠疫苗採購案近來成為年底選戰攻防重點，衛福部傳染病防治諮詢會預防接種組(ACIP)召集人李秉穎上週出席研討會時，坦言並不贊成政府採購AZ疫苗，自己比較喜歡Novavax及高端類型的蛋白次單位疫苗，針對高端遲遲未獲WHO認證，直指「WHO做事太慢」；台北市議員參選人李彥秀對此大嘆，李秉穎身為規劃新冠疫苗接種政策的官方專家代表，竟大剌剌地對疫苗品牌表達好惡跟評價，讓人搖頭，更讓相信政府施打AZ、莫德納、BNT輝瑞的民眾情何以堪？

李彥秀在臉書上發文諷刺，李秉穎這種說法，倒底是「WHO做事太慢」？還是「官員護航太積極」？民進黨政府到處澄清沒有替特定公司護航，沒有阻擋公益團體購買與捐贈疫苗，但「口嫌體正直」，民進黨政府官員與疫情指揮中心的重要幹部，所作所為、一言一行卻讓人民無法信任。

李彥秀質疑，首先，Novavax及高端的技術，都來自美國國衛院（NIH）的基因重組S-2P棘蛋白技術，Novavax在去年12月，就已經獲得世界衛生組織（WHO）列為緊急使用清單（EUL）上第10支COVID-19疫苗，相對於高端遲未獲得認證，李秉穎不是高端公司的發言人，也不是WHO的工作人員，怎麼知道問題是不是出在高端送審的文件證據不夠充分？

另外，李秉穎在研討會中指出包括「mRNA疫苗（莫德納、BNT輝瑞）都是設計簡單、快速生產」、「mRNA疫苗及腺病毒疫苗，都是打進細胞內，憂心打進細胞的過程，不一定只進入肌肉細胞，也可能進入血液細胞，有可能全身跑」、「早期其他款RNA疫苗實驗發現，所有器官都可能存在，從肌肉最多、接下來是淋巴腺，另外肝臟、脾臟、睪丸、腦部也都有，因此有可能發生心肌炎、全身發炎等問題」等等說法，也值得商榷。

李彥秀說，現在進口的莫德納次世代疫苗，一樣是mRNA疫苗，作為衛福部傳染病防治諮詢會預防接種組召集人，充滿臆測地說mRNA疫苗有如此可怕的副作用，是否是在散佈恐懼，造成民眾拒打疫苗？如此不負責任的說法，如何助於提升國內疫苗接種率？

李彥秀也提醒李秉穎，身為衛福部傳染病防治諮詢會預防接種組召集人，並不是高端疫苗公司的業務代表或是發言人，應注意「政商分際」以及「杜絕球員與裁判」，少一些政治、多一些專業；少一些口水、多一些汗水，這是人民對民進黨政府最卑微的期待。
