媒體人周玉蒄日前爆料，指前中姐張淑娟是國民黨台北市長參選人蔣萬安父親蔣孝嚴「晶華案」的誹聞女主角，不僅引發各界議論，也衝擊民進黨台北市長參選人陳時中的選情。國民黨台北市內湖、南港區議員參選人李彥秀昨天在臉書表示，「感謝周玉蔻」，「沒有她，我們很難深入認識什麼叫『恩將仇報』」；還「祝福她和蔡英文，還有民進黨候選人們，『時指緊蔻，友誼長存』」。
李秀彥指出，沒有周玉蔻，我們不會知道民進黨如何用納稅人的錢，以公民獨立媒體名義養這樣的側翼，4年不到已經拿走民進黨政府1100餘萬元，完全不問其人品，毫無底缐。
李秀彥還說，沒有周玉蔻，我們不容易體會「上帝要使一個人毀滅時，必先使他瘋狂」的意涵。過去凡是幫助她，保護她，甚至她已經犯了人品大錯大忌，還是給她再起機會的人，現在全部一一成了她破口大罵的對象，幾乎沒有漏網之魚。
李秀彥更強調，沒有周玉蔻，我們會誤以為臺灣早已「性別平權」，夫妻間相互扶持，理所當然，「吃軟飯」應該早已是封建時代的歷史名詞。
最後，李秀彥認為，柯文哲祝福她和陳時中，「我由衷地祝福她和蔡英文，還有民進黨候選人們，『時指緊蔻，友誼長存』」。
