李彥秀表示，陳時中在擔任流行疫情指揮中心指揮官期間，台灣人民從不吝給他掌聲，疫情剛爆發時，陳時中在記者會上態度誠懇，當時的陳時中的滿意度有到達82％，甚至在宣布全面境管實滿意度更衝到91％。
但想不到經過民進黨的大內宣，陳時中就像被寵壞的孩子，真的把自己當「神」，所有善意的提醒都被打成「逆時鐘」，本業應是專注防疫工作的指揮官，卻去登台高歌、拍攝時裝照、喝紅酒飯局，將副業當本業做，也讓疫情有機會反撲，李彥秀還攤數據說今年新冠疫情重症共有2萬8363人，其中1萬347人死亡，台灣從防疫模範生，淪落成疫情的重災區。
李彥秀因此痛批，陳時中至今都還認為台灣是防疫模範生，但反問陳時中有為這1萬多條寶貴性命感到一絲愧疚嗎？有為自己自大自滿的錯誤政策做過絲毫檢討嗎？」也造就了陳時中的滿意度一路從八成掉到剩下43％的「死亡交叉」。
最後，李彥秀強調，台北市民痛苦了8年，還要繼續忍受一個「虛勢」的市長嗎？
