台南施政滿意度民調獲八金三銀，防疫表現六都第一！

根據台灣世界新聞傳播協會9月14日所公布縣市首長滿意度及施政民調，台南市長黃偉哲獲得超過八成的滿意度，拿下金獎，台南市總計奪得八金三銀，在六都排名第二。市長黃偉哲表示，這項民調是對南市府團隊過去 3 年多來努力的肯定。

在防疫表現上，台南拿到83.6%滿意，六都第一，黃偉哲說除了感謝市民朋友的配合與支持外，台南市跨局處的努力也功不可沒，運用智慧科技來防疫，開發出「台南打疫苗」、「台南快疫通」、「健康共照雲」等系統。

黃偉哲也在臉書說，台南模式，全國實施，中央疫情指揮中心採取台南經驗，用打疫苗送快篩的方式，提升疫苗覆蓋率，也搭配醫護公衛人員努力，讓台南的疫情都能夠得到控制，透過硬體、政策與系通上的配合，才能夠繳出好成績。

觀光、文化，連續兩年蟬聯金獎。
台南市政府表示，台南是文化之都、旅遊之都，在這次調查中，藝術文化獲得79.6%滿意，觀光旅遊獲得78.6%滿意，皆為六都第一，像是未開展就造成轟動的「殭屍展」，也讓台南吸引到大批觀光客來遊玩，還有「米奇與好朋友」，在開展至今已吸引逾55萬人次的遊客，近日又有隱藏版「米奇米妮」大型氣球登陸台南，勢必會再一波討論，南市府施政團隊秉持沒有最好、只有更好初衷，將努力在文化及觀光深耕。

環境保護，扳回一城，六都第二。
環境保護方面這次獲得78.2%滿意，名列六都第二，總算還給環保局基層同仁一個公道，台南是最落實環檢警合作的縣市，查緝公開案件常常被媒體報導關注。根據環盟評比，台南連續兩年維持A級優等，今年更被評比為全國第一。環保署評比土壤與地下水整治也都是特優。空品客觀數據上，110年PM10濃度較108年改善17.4%，而PM2.5濃度改善 10.3%，改善率皆位列六都第一。
本次在施政滿意度拿下金獎；在觀光旅遊、藝術文化、醫療衛生及環境保護等四個施政面向，連續兩年蟬聯金獎；在防疫表現及市民幸福感等兩項，也拿下金獎；治安狀況今年是逆轉勝，拿到金獎；在經濟發展、交通狀況及教育品質等三項，則獲銀獎。總計八金三銀，在六都排名第二。
黃偉哲也表示感謝市民朋友配合外，也感謝南市府團隊同仁的努力，能夠一起共事，他感到很榮耀。
