台南市議員李啟維的父親把一台宣傳腳踏車傳承給他，他騎著這台宣傳車拜訪選民收到很好效果，環保親民吸睛又可運動一舉數得，這次他將再次騎著這台腳踏車傳承父親的精神，一步一腳印，親近鄉土人民，和受苦的一起受苦，流眼淚的一起流眼淚，歡呼的一起歡呼！

李啟維議員表示，騎腳踏車拜訪除了達到節能減碳效果之外，在安平南區有很多舊部落巷道狹小，開車反而不易穿梭，在公園也沒有騎腳踏車的限制，如此一來更容易達到親民宣傳的效果，何況父親給人的印象就是樸實踏實，這也是他要學習的榜樣。

李議員說他的競選服務處將在10月30日，禮拜日下午3點，在育平路501號，也是他的母校安平國中旁成立，他將騎著這台腳踏車穿梭大街小巷，一方面感謝大家對他的栽培，他會更加打拼報答大家，一方面他也用最大的誠懇熱情，邀請大家來參加他和黃偉哲市長競選服務處的成立大會。
