《台南議員圖鑑》安平女兒林依婷承諾當選後 力促市府建構安全的回家道路

台南市第9選區市議員候選人林依婷，今年27歲，是該選區最年輕的安平女兒。她取得英國新堡大學媒體公關碩士後就加入市府團隊，因為製作、主持180集「市政3分鐘」宣傳片，深入了解台南大小事。她說，自己走訪基層，得知民眾最在意行人安全、行車便利、道路品質、停車權益，她跟幕僚構思多項交通改善計畫，只要就任市議員，她隨即力促市府建構安全的回家道路。
「台南市民能沿著舒適、安全的道路回家是最重要的事！」林依婷認為，市府應該建構安全、暢通的通學步道，通盤檢討左轉車道、多時向號誌及道路品質的「路平專案」。另外，她也主張規劃閒置土地做為停車場，倡導使用者付費，徹底解決停車空間不足。

林依婷說，她14年前就讀國中時，每天從健康三街、府平路口的大樓住處，沿著健康三街向北走到1.5公里遠的安平國中上課，因為沿線沒有人行道，她只能走在逆向車道，才能看得到來車、及時躲閃，她深刻體會一條安全的通學步道是重要的事。她認為至少從學校周圍500公尺建立通學步道，讓自己走路上下學的學生們，有一條安全又安心的專屬道路。
林依婷自爆是個不會機會左轉的駕駛人，也就是對向來車多時，每次都要等到黃燈才敢左轉，她跟許多駕駛人一樣，希望能以多時向號誌及偏心式左轉專用道，增加左轉的專屬空間跟寬裕時間。

林依婷與立委林俊憲委員已建議台南市交通局，以健康路作為偏心式左轉專用道示範道路，總經費約為一億，林俊憲會向中央爭取8000萬生活圈道路補助，林依婷若當選議員也會向市政府爭取2000萬的地方配合款，希望能逐步改善台南市區的交通問題。
林依婷發現，南區跟安平區普遍存在停車資源遭佔用問題，因為沒有收費及妥善管理，殭屍車跟二手車橫行，造成市民爭搶停車資源，影響鄰里和睦，如果放任民眾相互爭吵指責，這是不負責任的行為。她主張停車場應加強使用者付費規範，同時要給周邊居民月租優惠，收費機制才能讓停車資源不被特定人侵佔。
