３Ｑ哥陪王宣貿掃街 陳柏惟:想當鹽水人天天吃意麵

台南市第一選區（新營、柳營、鹽水、白河、東山、後壁）綽號「安全帽」的候選人王宣貿，昨天上午在前立委陳柏惟「3Q哥」和柳營農會總幹事陳右欣陪同下，前往柳營代天院參拜，２人隨即在大新營地區掃街，民眾驚見「３Ｑ哥」站在宣傳車上十分開心。陳柏惟說，他會幫王宣貿輔選，是因王宣貿是一位對政治相當熱情的政治新人，過去８年都在基層服務，也是中正大學政研所畢業，是一位難得的人選，年底選舉鄉親一定全力支持他。

陳柏惟與王宣貿二人交情不錯，陳柏惟在台中苦行時，當時擔任立委蔡易餘辦公室主任的王宣貿，特地從趕到台中陪同３Ｑ哥苦行一周，二人因而建立革命情感，這次王宣貿回台南參選市議員，陳柏惟也不斷鼓勵王宣貿堅持參政理念，努力打拼。
２人在掃街後，隨後又趕到鹽水武廟參拜，並和武廟管理人林益仁閒話家常，陳柏惟說，他是今生第一次來到台南鹽水，鹽水除蜂炮相當有名氣外，鹽水意麵也相當出名，全省各地有很賣鹽水意麵的麵攤。陳柏惟好奇地向林益仁詢問「鹽水意麵為何叫『意麵』？」，經林益仁解釋，才知原來師傅在製麵過程中，用手不斷用力搓揉『意麵』時，會發出「一」的聲音，所以後來鹽水人，才把它叫成『意麵』。
在輔選過程中，一向喜好品嚐地方美食的陳柏惟，在武廟參拜結束後，他又在王宣貿的陪同下，還特地前往鹽水市區品嚐鹽水意麵，第一次到鹽水品嚐在地意麵的陳柏惟，沒吃幾口，陳就說「我若是鹽水在地人，一定天天來吃鹽水意麵」，陳柏惟一口氣叫老闆煮二碗給他，並拜託老闆教他如何正確烹煮鹽水意麵，同時外帶一箱鹽水意麵，準備回到台中自已烹煮。
