針對賴清德中執會開鍘邱莉莉林志展，陳亭妃表示證明不是黨內互打（圖＿取自陳亭妃臉書）。
今（1）日是副總統賴清德接任民進黨黨主席後，首次主持民進黨中執會，會中也針對台南市正副議長選舉涉賄一案進行處理，據了解，會中會中無異議通過對民進黨籍的台南市議會議長邱莉莉、副議長林志展遭控涉賄選，並將兩人移送中評會調查，給予停權的建議，待司法調查結果後，再行處置。
對此，民進黨立委陳亭妃表示，賴清德主席的重大宣示，應該可以給大家有一個決心，也會證明他並不是過去大家所說的黨內互打。陳亭妃更指出，民進黨內要正視這個問題，我們不能一直從2022然後背負狀況一直到2024，今天賴主席重大宣示，可以給大家有一個決心，看到民進黨到底下一步要怎麼做。
該案原在民進黨廉政會立案調查，並已決議若邱莉莉、林志展遭聲押時，將予以停權3年處分，雖然邱莉莉與林志展均已自請停止黨權。但據了解民進黨並無自請停權機制，因此仍須經過中評會審議通過後才會生效。
