「中正路」將被移除？台南商滿生紀念館發起行動

台南商滿生紀念館發起移除中正路連署活動。
位於台南民權路的商滿生紀念館，昨(1)日發起移除「中正路」行動聯盟宣言，同步展開網路公開連署及遊說、陳情，希望各級政府在今年2月28日和平紀念日前，能確實依法行政，落實「促進轉型正義條例」及「國家語言發展法」。
活動發起人、商滿生紀念館負責人商毓芳是228及白色恐怖受難者商滿生的孫女，她表示「移除中正路」是為了將實踐去威權化的理念，也是建構和平真正的開始。但是很可惜，每年到了228，只有紀念，沒有反省；只有口號，沒有實踐，沒有任何一個行政單位願意「依法行政」，沒有一個「捍衛民主、自由」的政治工作者發現每天經過的「中正路」正是對「民主、自由最大的嘲諷」？
中正路位於台南市中心，相當熱鬧。
移除中正路行動獲得許多台獨大老以及資深學者的支持，一起具名共同發起。連署人包括台灣文學大老張良澤、前建國黨主席鄭邦鎮、美麗島事件受難者紀萬生、台灣史學者翁佳音、228研究者黃惠君以及台灣羅馬字協會理事長蔣為文等。
前建國黨主席、前台南市教育局長鄭邦鎮表示，目前蔣介石的銅像已經慢慢地被移除，路名則是一個新的課題。我們應該讓中正路成為過去、從生活中消失，希望大家全力來支持、響應。
移除「中正路」行動聯盟已展開政黨遊說以及公開宣傳的工作。若是在2月28日前沒有得到政府機關依法行政的善意回應，行動聯盟會持續擴大行動，直到威權統治象徵消失為止。
2021年，已解散的促進轉型正義委員會曾公布調查，台南市共有38條「中正路」，數量為全台灣第一。當時，台南市長黃偉哲表示這是歷史共業，會考量民眾生活後，逐步規劃更名 。2022年，台南市政府曾執行中正路的更名行動。黃偉哲宣布把中西區中正路前100多公尺的路段改名「德章大道」，並將台灣文學館的地址更改為「湯德章大道1號」，紀念228受難者湯德章。
去年，台南市政府將台灣文學館的地址更改為「湯德章大道1號」（圖＿台南市政府）。
對於中正路更名一事有民眾表達疑慮，改名是否會變成擾民？對此，行動聯盟也發出聲明表示，「改名」主要是針對「官方路名」及「主要道路標誌」的變更，門牌、身份證等涉及個人事項之作業，可依照個人替換需求時再進行即可。
商滿生紀念館為二二八前輩「商滿生」之史實還原的紀念館，用展覽和活動的方式還原歷史場景，敘說威權時代人物的故事，推動民主治理。
