台南正副議長賄選案 邱莉莉、林志展逾百萬交保 藍營：起訴機率高

台南市正副議長賄選案，在昨日台南地檢署再度傳喚正副議長邱莉莉、林志展，最後各以150萬、120萬交保。此次檢調選在台南市議會臨時會召開前2天約談正副議長，且保釋金額加重，台南市國民黨團書記長蔡育輝對此表示，此舉並不尋常，推論此案已經出現「破口」，認為後續起訴機率會越來越高。
蔡育輝表示，議員在開會期間，包括定期會、臨時會，如果議會不同意，檢方想要逮捕、拘禁議員，恐怕很困難，這應該也是檢調選在臨時會前二天，再度請邱莉莉、林志展到案說明的原因，蔡育輝更指出，檢調再度傳喚邱莉莉、林志展問訊，並分別將保釋金，從50萬元20萬元再增加150萬元、120萬元，總計200萬元、140萬元；這段時間聽說有不少議員及相關證人，都被傳喚到地檢署或市調處具結作證人，從大家傳出來的消息，可能此案已經出現破口。
台南市長黃偉哲則表示「尊重司法」。
另外台南市長黃偉哲則表示，對於此案相信正副議長該交代的，也都跟檢察官說了，目前案件還在進行中，細節我們無從得知了解，但是基本上，司法體制如何規定，就怎麼做，尤其明天議會臨時會就要開議，相信議會和整個制度一定會做最好的安排。
