6000元發定了！陳建仁視察鹽水心衛中心時傳來好消息

陳建仁表示，行政院一定讓大家在最快時間領到6000元現金。

今（21）日行政院長陳建仁抵達鹽水，視察社區心理衛生中心布建成果。陳建仁對台南市長黃偉哲發揮公共衛生專業，活化空間改成心理衛生中心，讓社區民眾就近獲得心裏照顧給予肯定。此外，他還特別針對過去三年多的防疫，黃偉哲發揮創意吸引民眾打疫苗，且讓台南疫情控制得當表達感謝。

陳建仁視察時，表示黃偉哲活化舊空間轉變成社區心衛中心相當有意義也有創意。他認為「沒有心理健康，就沒有真正的健康」，所以「打造更堅韌的社會安全網」是蔡總統施政中的「重中之重」，盼建構以社區為基礎有家庭為支持的社會安全體系，讓精神疾病患者可以得到更好的診療，也去除汙名化的標籤。當陳建仁講到疫後振興條例時，現場突然傳來歡呼聲，恰好是立院三讀通過特別預算，陳建仁接著表示，行政院一定會在週四把預算送到立法院，讓大家在最快時間領到6000元現金。

黃偉哲將舊空間活化，改造為社區心衛中心。

台南市衛生局表示，鹽水心理衛生中心投入運作後，可就近服務溪北地區的民眾，提供心理心理衛生諮詢、諮商、精神醫療資源及就業轉銜等專業服務。且空間規劃有隱密的諮商診療室，以及半開放的多功能活動空間，能夠舉辦講座、職能訓練、心理健康活動。此外，衛生局會持續增加進駐人力、推動外展服務，提升對社區精神個案管理和照護品質，讓民眾擁有更溫馨的照顧服務。

立法院會今日上午歷經將近2個小時的討論，朝野立委達成共識通過「疫後強化經濟與社會韌性及全民共享經濟成果特別條例」，規範超徵稅收中的新台幣3800億元將用於普發6000元、挹注健保基金、加強照顧弱勢族群及提供關懷服務、擴大吸引國際觀光客、擴大公共運輸補貼等10類項目。
