全台大缺蛋，雞蛋又貴又難買，引起民眾不滿。農委會主委陳吉仲昨（21）日在臉書發文向國人致歉，對於消費者近日未能即時買到雞蛋，表達深深的歉意。
鴻海集團創辦人郭台銘昨也在臉書怒轟蔡政府對於缺蛋問題沒有超前部署，無法有效控管蛋價；陳吉仲昨晚除了在臉書致歉外，也回應「當郭台銘董事長關心雞蛋問題時，我們更知道台灣農業永續的重要性」，農委會會全力投入升級蛋雞產業競爭力，以穩定供貨量。

陳吉仲也在臉書表示，全力提供消費者雞蛋所需。
陳吉仲也坦言「雞蛋無法像工業產品複製，它是生物性產品」，目前國內雞蛋每天量產11萬3千箱（一箱200顆），離12萬箱的需求還有點距離，會全力做好雞蛋的調度工作，讓民眾買到應有的民生必需品。另外，行政院長陳建仁也表示，目前正在積極解決改善，雞蛋荒預計在3月初，就會得到緩解。主委陳吉仲也對近期缺蛋造成民眾困擾，表達歉意。
