學者召開反戰聲明記者會 呼籲台灣理性看待戰爭風險

由政大、陽明交大及中研院等學者組成的「2023台灣反戰聲明工作小組」，日前提出「和平、反軍火、要自主、重氣候」4大訴求。希望台灣不要陷於美、中角力之間，淪為戰爭的犧牲品，應與大國維持友好等距的關係。聲明一出引起熱烈討論。工作小組昨（20）日召開記者會，公布首波學界與藝文界共37位連署名單，包含作家鍾永豐、詩人鍾喬、中研院歐研所王智明以及中央大學英文系丁乃非等，呼籲政府與民眾一同關注戰爭與和平的議題。認知台灣除了面對中國威脅外，美國霸權也不容小覷。
反戰聲明工作小組提出四大訴求，包括烏克蘭停戰談判，不要衝突升溫；停止美國軍事主義與經濟制裁；反對美中戰爭，台灣要自主並與大國維持友好等距關係；強調國家預算應優先用於民生社福與氣候減緩。
中研院研究員盧倩儀表示，在台灣有一個蠻奇怪的邏輯，就是台灣會面對的威脅只有一個，就是中國，美國雖然沒有要併吞台灣，但是他會犧牲台灣，這不可怕嗎？現在政府對於美國的要求沒辦法踩煞車，呼籲台灣政府與民眾更理性地看待戰爭風險。
政大傳播學院教授郭力昕指出，反戰聲明只是要強調俄羅斯、中共固然可惡，但美國對台灣也是一個威脅，逼著中國升高武力、把台灣當祭品，但美國卻不會有任何損失。郭力昕表示，反戰聲明雖然以未預期的方式提前曝光，但也因此看到台灣社會當今現況的一些面貌。未來每個學者都會發表文章，希望透過一些意見地發表，作為此議題對話的開端。
郭力昕最後表示，反戰聲明激起不同反應，希望透過對話與論辯進行理性討論與思辨，但是看到許多網路言論是不打算對話的，就是在潑髒水、抹紅。他強調，未來期待更多深入的思考與對話。
針對學者提出的反戰聲明，立委王定宇於臉書大力譴責：「無視侵略者發動戰爭和威脅，卻在譴責保護自己的一方抵抗，指責幫助受威脅方的盟友是挑釁，這種令人不恥的「反戰」根本就是侵略者的幫兇。」
