台南消防人力短缺且超時不給加班費（圖＿台南市消防局臉書）。
昨（22）日台南市議會臨時會進行「外勤警消人員勤休方式與超勤補償」專案報告，國民黨團怒噴消防局長李明峰在任十二年，只會跟市長、民代高層攀關係，基層兄弟一個月加班超過135小時，超時又不能申請加班費，李明峰局長完全漠視弟兄處境。打火兄弟跟國民黨團陳情，工作超勤的他們因健康權和工作權長期不受尊重。
國民黨團書記長蔡育輝指出，消防局長李明峰從賴清德市長團隊至今，應該深切了解司法院108年的釋字785精神，好好照顧部屬，為屬下爭福利。但實際上，基層消防兄弟給的評價卻非常差，基層認為消防局長不管基層死活，只顧跟市長民代攀關係，基層怨聲載道。
蔡育輝表示，打火兄弟跟國民黨團陳情，工作超勤的他們因健康權和工作權長期不受尊重（圖＿台南市議會國民黨團提供）。
蔡育輝表示，打火兄弟跟黨團陳情，他們一天二十四小時當班，只給二十一小時的上班時數，一個月加班超過135個小時，超時卻不給加班費，這樣的勤班，完全違反釋憲的健康權和工作權。
國民黨台南市議員林美燕質疑，消防局長是否常常到基層與弟兄互動？還是只有活動去亮相而已？黃偉哲市長都同意1400人的預算員額，至今消防人員只有1172人，缺二百多人為何不補足？
台灣基進議員李宗霖表示，近期消防人員有增額，其實外縣市有許多出外的消防人員，都期待能調回本市服務。這些人員對於台南有更強的認同與情感，希望消防局能夠讓這些願意回鄉服務的消防人員成為優先的補足人力。
