南市老人健保七月開始全面補助 議員林冠維：努力爭取終不負眾望

黃偉哲本月21日在市政會議宣布，將於今年7月起，在排富條件下，補助65歲以上長者或55歲以上原住民健保費用，全市符合資格的對象都可受惠。
議員林冠維表示：「台南市身為六都之一，老人健保卻遲遲未能得到政府的補助，一直處於六都之尾。過去我父親阳乙在任期8年裡，每年都一直極力爭取老人健保補助。終於，不負市民所託，議會爭取成功，市長拍板決定，今年7月開始，台南65歲以上長者、55歲以上原住民不用再繳健保費。」
林冠維強調，照顧65以上的長輩福利，也是照顧到有在幫65歲以上父母親長輩繳納健保費的晚輩兒女。
老人健保補助資訊：
補助對象：
設籍台南市滿一年的65歲以上長者、55歲以上原住民，本人最近一年綜合所得稅率未超過5%，且未獲其他機關全額補助健保費者。
辦理方式：
社會局造冊，符合資格的市民無須提出申請。健保費由台南市政府自行向健保署繳納，符合補助資格的市民請勿重複繳費。
