台南市無黨籍立委參選人陳昆和佳里競選總部成立

陳昆和3日成立佳里競選總部，陳昆和授旗給各後援會，正式宣佈選戰即日起開打。
無黨籍台南市第二選區立委參選人陳昆和3日成立佳里競選總部暨七股、佳里、西港後援會及各產業工會後援會，知名藝人翁立友登台演唱，10餘位市議員出席參加，數千民眾到場力挺支持。
佳里總部主委侯澄財為陳昆和披掛彩帶，陳昆和大哥陳昆明大律師授戰旗，國民黨台南市黨部主委林進旺、謝龍介、市議員方一峰等多人，則分別致送包子、粽子、鳳梨等預祝陳昆和高票當選。佳里地方社團代表陳駿逸則送上金鏟子，期能鏟除不知民間疾苦的政治人物。陳昆和也分別授旗給各後援會，正式宣佈選戰即日起開打。
陳昆和指出，「無黨、正派」是他一貫以來的從政主張，由於在市議會長期以來「敢講」、「認真」的立場與態度，也獲得眾多地方人士肯定舉薦，因此他毅然宣布參選第二選區立法委員，力求平衡溪北、溪南發展，大幅增進地方權益，亦期能有效串連在野各界監督力量，破除官商勾結，積極服務弱勢、落實公義。
素有「公益律師」美稱，已捐出議員全數薪資及補助款逾1千萬元的陳昆和指出，第二選區幅員廣闊，自七股、佳里、西港等近海地區，到南科週邊城鎮善化、安定，以及農業重鎮麻豆、官田，乃至於山線各行政區，著實需要一位出身農村在地，且真正關心地方需求的民意代表，才能有效改變發展停滯的現況。
