南市議員林依婷任用涉兒少性騷擾案的易俊宏 林依婷：若有罪再請他離開

前台南市府副發言人易俊宏去年六月被指控涉及兒少性性騷擾。當時，台灣少年權益與福利促進聯盟接獲檢舉指出，過去7年以來，易俊宏藉兒少講師身分性騷擾、甚至性猥褻未成年兒少，引發輿論批評，全案目前仍在司法調查中。
網友在林依婷臉書發文下詢問是否任用易俊宏，林依婷回答是（圖＿截自林依婷臉書）。
有網友在林依婷的臉書貼文上詢問易俊宏是否在林依婷的辦公室任職，林依婷回答：「是，並在事前協議就職我團隊期間，如果有性平相關的控訴，我會請他離開我的團隊。」 林依婷強調：「任何性平有關的控訴以及這起性平爭議的司法判決如果定罪，都會請他離開。 」 消息一出引發網友討論，此舉似乎違反民進黨黨主席稍早發布對於性平事件「零容忍」的處理原則：「對於加害者，我們一律開除、絕不錄用，並協助檢調機關調查。」
今(5)日凌晨，林依婷於臉書上發文說明，易俊宏正在接受司法調查，相信司法會做出公正的判決。
林依婷解釋：「我認為易俊宏被指控的案子，司法很快會有結論，如果真的認定易俊宏有錯有罪，我當下可以立刻解職，但如果易俊宏最終是被認定無罪卻被我提前解職，我是不是違反了無罪推定的原則，並且顯得自己急著切割、掩飾當時選擇聘用他的決定，裝作一切都沒有發生，這樣讓我覺得自己非常不負責任。」
林依婷強調：「我既然選擇任用了易俊宏，我就要為自己的選擇付出代價，而我付出代價的那天是司法判決的當天，我會向相關的當事人一一親自道歉謝罪。 」
林依婷並在留言表示，會在6/12質詢時公開詢問，要求市政府提供調查報告，並且送給司法機關進行釐清，讓大家看見自己「了解真相的決心」。

時代力量台南黨部發文表示：「如果林依婷的做法，就是民進黨處理性騷擾的態度，那是不是這一波民進黨內被爆料的性騷擾加害人，在曠日費時的司法程序結束前，很快就能再轉任黨內其他職位？」
網友對於林依婷的回應並不買單，紛紛表示基本上「從一開始就不該任用」 、「這種聘任決定真的非常不妥也沒必要」、「6/12總質詢才要提問，動作是否太慢？」。
