涉土地重劃索賄千萬 前台南市議長郭信良凌晨遭聲押

前台南市議長、現任議員郭信良涉土地重劃案弊案，今（7）日凌晨遭聲押（翻攝＿郭信良臉書）
前台南市議長、現任議員郭信良涉土地重劃案弊案，在安南區佃西自辦重劃區案中向廠商收賄，昨（6）檢方拂曉出擊，大動作搜索郭信良住所、服務處及市府地政局等地，並約談郭信良、地政局承辦人、廠商等15人，經檢方徹夜訊問後，當庭逮捕郭，並在今（7日）凌晨快2點提出聲押。
南檢指出本案是鍾和憲檢察長前於臺灣橋頭地方檢察署任職期間，經高雄市調查處以某工程顧問公司負責人，於辦理多起市地重劃案以虛增人頭地主方式涉嫌詐欺等違法行為之情資報請該署指揮偵辦。
昨（6）檢方拂曉出擊，大動作搜索郭信良住所、服務處及市府地政局等地。
並於今年五月追查發現，臺南市議會郭姓前議長、高姓里長疑有向某工程顧問公司負責人收賄及藉勢、藉端勒索新台幣1千餘萬元。惟因本案涉案人為臺南市議會前議長，且相關涉案人及犯罪地大多在本署轄區，本署鍾檢察長經與橋頭地檢署新任張春暉檢察長協調後，乃請高雄市調查處就該案本署有管轄權部分另行報請本署偵辦。
並隨即指派本署主任檢察官吳維仁、檢察官林怡君及徐書翰共同組成專案小組持續偵辦該案，經小組成員一個多月來的蒐證及調取相關物證進行分析後，於7月6日上午執行搜索，並將相關涉案人帶回進行偵訊，而橋頭地檢署主任檢察官陳竹君及檢察官鄭子薇亦前來本署提供協助。
經複訊後認為，郭信良涉犯貪污治罪條例罪嫌重大，且有勾串共犯或證人之虞等事由，經當庭逮捕後，向法院聲請羈押禁見，另外，本案蔡姓被告則經檢察官諭知交保30萬元、高姓被告等4人則均交保5萬元、某工程顧問公司負責人及其餘證人10人請回。

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
