南市前經發局長涉貪案 同案建商允繳600萬盼緩刑

台南市府前經發局長陳凱凌索賄及涉性招待貪汙案，台南地院昨日下午再開準備庭，不過未提訊陳凱凌，僅針對同案被告台邦建設董事長陳福成進行審理。陳福成坦承檢方起訴的偽造文書、詐欺取財等罪，表達與檢方認罪協商。檢方同意請法官判處陳福成有期徒刑1年，緩刑2年，緩刑期間交付公庫600萬元做公益基金。台南地院合議庭法官也同意協商內容，7月28日上午9點30分將就陳福成部分宣判。
台南市前經發局長陳凱凌遭控在七股工業區開發工程案中向廠商收賄，接受上酒店喝花酒、性招待和收取不正當利益180萬元。並以購置豪宅名義，夥同建商、代銷公司向銀行超貸296萬元，被依貪汙、財產來源不明、洗錢等罪嫌起訴。
針對此案，台南地方法院6月27日首度開庭，陳凱凌與同案被告翁東明皆坦承認罪。合議庭審議後於7月3日裁定陳凱凌自今年7月20日起，延長羈押2月，涉案部分法官另擇期再審。不過當時陳福成表明對陳凱凌購買台邦興建的大樓房產過程並不知情，否認詐欺取財，直到昨日才改口承認共同詐欺與偽造文書罪名，希望能認罪協商。
