立委參選人陳昆和對郭國文團隊「溪北0元」說法作出強烈反駁
立委參選人陳昆和競選總部針對郭國文團隊關於「溪北0元」的說法做出了強烈的反駁。陳昆和競選總部強調，他們先前所引用的數據來源正是「台南市政府工務局」111年上半年的統計資料，如若郭國文競選團隊發言人蔡麗青認為該數據不實，那麼他們實際上是在指控市府工務局捏造不實數據。
陳昆和競選總部要求郭國文團隊能具體指出在111年上半年期間，郭國文為溪北地區爭取過哪些重大交通建設的預算。他們警告，如果無法提供確鑿的證據，郭國文團隊就應停止散播不實訊息。並對選民負責。
蔡麗青發言人雖以左鎮「民生橋」甫投入1.35億元進行改建，另外兩座山區的聯外橋樑澄山1號、左鎮橋也分別獲得上億改建經費，為郭國文所爭取而來，惟左鎮「民生橋」1.3億預算，通過期間為「111年下半年」，當然不列入111年上半年執行中山區建設預算，郭國文團隊意圖魚目混珠之心態，已非光明磊落之行為。
何況據台南市議員周奕齊玉井服務處呂明德主任指出：左鎮區內共有學仔內橋、澄山一號橋、民生橋、草山二號橋等4座橋樑，所有改建預算皆為周陳秀霞立委任內，邀集經濟部水利署會勘，並取得中央補助70%工程費用之共識。自周奕齊市議員就任後，每一會期均催促市府盡速編列工程預算，陳昆和市議員也從旁積極協助推動，才能促成111年度下半年度，中央核定通過上述4座橋樑改建預算，其中「民生橋」在動工前，從頭到尾開過五次說明會，郭國文團隊從未有任何人到場出席，此可查詢工務局簽到簿，以茲證明。
因此左鎮「民生橋」建設也與郭國文毫無關聯！郭國文僅是到了「民生橋」動工，才露臉拍照，呂主任指稱：一向對左鎮不聞不問的郭國文，顯然係趁機「割稻仔尾」才拍照湊數，為了選舉，郭國文還要繼續說多少謊？
立委參選人陳昆和競選總部也表示：就算郭國文為了選舉臨時抱佛腳，也請清楚告訴第二選區鄉親：「111年上半年」以前，他為選區爭取過什麼重大交通建設？111年下半年起，為了連任而急就章，又為地方做過什麼事？請郭國文繳交5年問政成績！不要曲解「台南市工務局」的建設資料！自己打臉自己，轉移與模糊焦點！
陳昆和競選總部也對郭國文提出質疑，蔡麗青發言人既自承郭國文正在「積極爭取永康高鐵地下化的499億」，顯見身在曹營心在漢，既然願為永康區積極爭取如此高額的預算，郭國文是否應前往永康（第四選區）競選立委，而不應在第二選區佔據名額？
