台南官員民代互告 市議員謝龍介狀告經發局長圖利 陳凱凌追加提告加重誹謗

國民黨台南市長參選人謝龍介日前在議會質詢時，指南市府經發局長陳凱凌涉嫌圖利，13日遭陳反擊，對他提告誹謗，今（21）日謝龍介回擊，具狀提告陳凱凌涉嫌貪汙治罪條例等罪，希望透過司法程序釐清，他說自已身為民意代表，挑戰官商勾結是他一貫風格，揭弊也是職責所在；陳凱凌對此將針對謝陣營以不實內容製作圖卡部分，提告加重誹謗。

謝龍介今天上午前往台南地檢署，具狀告發陳凱凌，其中包括違法以公費租賃局長宿舍，強逼下屬簽辦，再由自己核准，涉嫌「圖利」；操縱散佈「七股工業區開發租售管理案」得標廠商信用之不利消息，要求廠商拿錢擺平，涉嫌「藉勢藉端勒索財物」。
另外還有操縱「柳營科技工業區污水處理廠委外操作案」底價，以不符市場行情，且異於其他相同規模採購案之金額，獨厚特定廠商；操縱降低「柳營科技工業區污水處理廠委外操作案」之契約門檻，護航特定廠商得標。而當特定廠商辦理驗收時爆出多項缺失，陳凱凌再下令更換主驗人並重新驗收，也已涉嫌「圖利」。

謝龍介說，他整理資料正式對陳凱凌提告，已經「等不及要跟陳局長對簿公堂、法院見！」經發局長陳凱凌則回應，13日他已前往地檢署提告謝龍介涉嫌毀謗，地檢署將依法進行偵辦，他說「謝龍介議員既已提告，就到法院說清楚講明白，不要以抹黑的手段進行選舉。」並深信司法會還他清白，另外針對謝陣營以不實內容製作圖卡，將追加提出「加重毀謗」罪告訴。
