為期3個月的嘉義市購物節在春節最後一天2月6日畫下句點，發票登錄時間將延長2天，至2月8日23點59分截止，民眾這兩天趕著登錄發票資訊，造成系統流量不敷使用，市長黃敏惠特別指示建設處緊急增加使用流量，並且呼籲民眾務必把握最後登錄時間。
嘉義市購物節在大年初四突破4億元大關，破4億的發票是嘉義市劉小姐所登錄的，她在藥局消費了400元，登錄後意外成為破四億的幸運民眾，市府原先沒有規畫破4億獎品，緊急加碼價值21000元的惠普15吋四核心輕薄筆電送給這位幸運得主。截至2月6日為止，嘉義市購物節吸引了高達381175次的登錄筆數，總金額更來到436573749元亮麗成績，成功為嘉義市搶下後疫情時代商機。

此次嘉義市購物節發票登錄獎項共計44項，獎品總市值高達404萬元，除了稅籍於嘉義市店家所開出的發票可以上網登錄抽汽車外，今年更加碼推出「電子支付專屬獎」，獎項包含iPhone13 Pro、ASUS筆記型電腦、Gopro數位攝影機等多項3c好禮，共計10個獎項，總市值高達20萬元。透過本次購物節電子支付加碼抽的活動，不僅吸引更多商家導入電子支付，更成功提高民眾的使用率，截至目前為止登錄筆數高達16593次，消費登錄金額金額累計10337028元。
建設處表示，購物節抽獎活動訂於2月11日上午10時30分在「2021嘉義市購物節」Facebook粉絲專頁透過直播公開放送，勇媽市長臉書也會同步分享，將由黃敏惠市長與建設處田長沛處長共同抽出「發票登錄抽獎」與「電子支付專屬獎」活動得獎名單，全程抽獎將邀請律師到場見證，到底價值269萬的VOLVO V60汽車獎落誰家，歡迎全國民眾一同準時線上收看！
