微型創業貸款拉他一把 瓜農江國堂打造開心農場

57歲的江國堂原本在嘉義市區經營果汁店，但7年前頻生變故，短短時間內經歷創業失敗、親人過世，身心也出了狀況，最後木瓜牛奶沒賣成，反而跑到鄉下務農，沒想到無心插柳下，江國堂這個農業素人竟然小有成績，種出的香水木瓜香甜可口、果肉Q彈不軟爛，親友試吃好口碑，他發現創業商機，但要達到量產規模需要投入資金，讓他好生煩惱，還好後來透過勞動部「微型創業鳳凰貸款」陸續申貸2百萬元，解了燃眉之急，也打造出屬於自己的開心農場。

「種木瓜比養小孩還辛苦。」50歲那年才轉業的江國堂說，木瓜有病痛也不會說，需要每天細心呵護，當時他每天窩在果園，看著使用微生菌取代化肥而種出來的香水木瓜又大又漂亮，非常有成就感，第一次量產時先分送給親朋好友食用，結果大獲好評，創業經驗豐富的他腦筋動得也快，認為「吃得健康」是未來的趨勢，才決定大量種植。
但從租用農地、增建網室、購買樹苗及農作資材，以及聘請農工都需要投入資金，加上他又使用有機農法，一開始種瓜之路非常艱辛，好不容易等到採收期，卻遇上木瓜價格大跌，1箱只賣到100元，「只能倒貼」連成本都無法回收，還有一次遇到病蟲害，300多棵木瓜樹在2個月內相繼死亡，後來從清運木瓜、整地、休耕到重新種瓜苗，前後有1年半時間都沒收入，江國堂想起來就嘆氣。

還好針對中高齡創業部分，有勞動部「微型創業鳳凰貸款」的資金挹注，江國堂才能鬆口氣，也找到抑制病蟲害的方法，終於度過難關，現在他的木瓜園已經有1甲多，也跟小農契作穩定銷量，並積極布局電商通路，他深信「只要抓住對的客群，好的東西不怕賣不出去。」
勞動力發展署雲嘉南分署長劉邦棟表示，微型鳳凰創業貸款最高可申貸200萬元，有低利率、免保證人、免擔保品，前2年免利息、免費創業課程及創業輔導等6大特色；因應高齡化社會的來臨，勞動部擴大貸款適用對象，針對失業中高齡及高齡者或新住民僅持居留證者，營業登記前14日無投保勞保紀錄且依法設立事業登記，檢附相關證明文件即可申請創業貸款，詳細內容可撥打諮詢專線0800-092-957洽詢。
