南市社會局辦理培力課程 助弱勢少年脫貧自立

台南市政府社會局今年與國軍合作辦理「翻轉脫貧 加入役勢力」創新方案，19日的脫貧培力課程讓學生實地前往永康陸軍砲兵訓練指揮部參觀見學，讓學生瞭解防衛國土的國軍戰力，體認軍人職業的辛勞，啟發學生對於職業軍人的認知。
南市府秉持「照顧弱勢優先」施政理念，致力打造希望家園，為提升弱勢家庭脫貧自立的動機，社會局從2013年起，運用公益彩券盈餘基金及民間捐款辦理「獎助學金暨專長培力補助方案」、「資產累積方案」、「企業實習方案」、「就業獎勵」、「社會參與及微型保險」、「兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶」等各項脫貧方案，積極幫助低收、中低收入戶家庭累積脫離貧窮的力量，從被動的接受濟貧、扶貧，進一步達到抗貧與脫貧，希望透過各計畫之辦理協助弱勢學子逐步走向脫貧自立。
社會局今年預計辦理7場脫貧培力課程，時間從7月份到9月份，面向多元，包含職涯探索、自我覺察、財務規劃、職場參訪、人際關係、口語表達、問題解決力等課程內容。目前已經辦到第5場，8月27日及9月17日還有兩場精彩的課程，內容包含口語表達及理財知能課程，課程讓學子未來面對職場及升學面談皆能自信且從容表達。增加理財知能，對金錢有基本概念及培養正確價值觀。
市長黃偉哲表示，希望透過辦理脫貧自立方案，能協助經濟弱勢學子，勇於挑戰自己，在未來生涯中逐步突破限制，實現自我人生夢想。市民朋友對本市各項脫貧方案有興趣進一步了解社會局各項脫貧自立措施，可電洽社會局救助科(電話:06-2959550)，或至台南市政府社會局網站脫貧自立方案查詢。
