台南市選戰今天在議會上演激烈攻防，國民黨市長參選人謝龍介不滿遭質疑「文旦之亂」，期間兩度爆粗口「狗X」，市長黃偉哲在質詢後受訪表示，在議會殿堂上，爆粗口說出歧視性字眼，並不恰當，覺得遺憾。

謝龍介在事後立即表示，用了「狗X」等不雅字眼，向市民朋友道歉。但同時也強調「對於這些作奸犯科之輩，我不道歉」。
