金馬影帝陳松勇（勇伯）傳出病逝消息，震驚演藝圈！陳松勇是演藝圈的資深藝人，出道至今超過50年，近幾年來減少影視作品推出，在2016年因為不慎摔倒、肺積水等健康疾病，曾三度掛急診住院，先前現身時都坐著輪椅出現，目前獨居中且請了一名外籍看護，一生沒有結婚生子，但沒想到 17日卻傳出他病逝消息，讓許多影迷都相當惋惜。
