台灣設計展限定！ 酒香茶韻台鐵便當嘉義市限量販售

2021年台灣設計展將於嘉義市正式開展，嘉義市政府、臺鐵局與台灣設計研究院三方合作統籌策劃，由Jimmy Food Place主理人林擠米設計代表嘉義市經典味道的「酒香茶韻」台鐵便當，再由臺鐵局高雄餐旅所主廚來詮釋這款便當。市長黃敏惠表示，這款嘉義市專屬的台鐵便當，蘊藏嘉義的各項特色，邀請大家一起回嘉吃飯！
黃敏惠表示，感謝台鐵局和台灣設計研究院攜手合作為嘉義市製作專屬便當，把嘉南平原最新鮮的食材加上在地特色，用最健康的料理方式呈現出來。
黃敏惠也提到，嘉義車站有百年以上的歷史，乘載了許多人的回憶，感謝嘉義子弟蔡嘉豪建築師回到家鄉親自操刀，讓嘉義車站不只有精彩的故事，還有好的設計和指引。請大家多加利用大眾交通運輸工具來嘉義市參觀台灣設計展，享受阿里山小火車便捷的接駁服務。
臺鐵局杜微局長表示，很高興能藉這個機會將嘉義車站做一個減法的改造，並推出「酒香茶韻」台鐵便當，利用嘉義市的美食底蘊和嘉南平原以及阿里山的特產，再經由Jimmy Food Place主理人林擠米設計出這款便當，歡迎大家搭火車來嘉義市看展覽、吃美食。
「酒香茶韻」便當特別使用嘉義酒廠生產的高粱酒粕，並挑選在地梅精製作的火雞肉醬料，每一口都令人回味無窮。自2021年12月23日起至2022年1月2日，在嘉義火車站前站「台鐵便當行動餐車」每日限量供應，首日自11:00起開賣，售價130元。
