屏東市振興消費券亮相
屏東市公所昨(23日)召開記者會，屏東市振興消費券的樣張正式亮相，12月31日即可正式發放使用，希望本次振興經濟的力道能幫助到受疫情影響最深的商家攤販。
屏東市針對市內 20 萬人普發每人 500 元消費券紅包。目前市公所預計消費紅包會在 2022 年 1 月份發放，且包含新生兒也可領取。需留意這次消費券紅包是由市公所發放，也就是設籍於『屏東縣屏東市』的民眾才能領取(屏東市屬縣轄市)。
屏東市振興消費券面額為5張100元，委託財政部印刷廠印製，共具8道防偽功能，圖樣採用了屏東市市花–扶桑花，正面包含「防偽纖維絲」可見隨機分布的藍色與紅色纖維絲、「防偽底紋」特殊藝術網屏、「彩虹印刷」結合多色渲染形成漸層式色彩、「螢光油墨」在紫色光源照射下，顯現圓形黃色色塊、「序號控管」掃入QR code即顯示單一識別碼及防偽驗證碼、「微縮文字」用放大鏡檢查可見「PINGTUNG」、「100」字樣；背面則有「防止複製」功能，影印複製會顯現『複製無效』字樣、「刮擦反應」使用硬幣刮擦，顯現『PINGTUNG』字樣，防偽細節相當多元。

有關消費券的真偽，最簡單的辨識方式，就是看一看、轉一轉來辨識，防偽等級堪比國家貨幣，從材料紙張油墨到內部設計，每個環節都相當細膩專業，請民眾放心使用。
代理市長程清水表示，希望市民能好好善用振興消費券，更進一步發揮拋磚引玉的效益，為提振經濟注入活水，扶助地方產業動能，讓遭受疫情重創的店家攤商能過個暖心好年。屏東市公所提醒市民朋友，振興消費券使用期限自發放日起至111年3月31日止，籲請民眾盡早在期限內使用完畢。
