亞果遊艇集團投資腳步又再度向前邁進，「港市合作願景擘劃暨高雄港愛河灣遊艇碼頭A區興建營運招租」案，今（26）日與高雄市政府正式簽約，宣告愛河灣及週邊將集遊艇、觀光休憩、文化創意、音樂娛樂及數位科技等的複合式場域，並有效串連為全國唯一的高雄遊艇服務產業生態圈。

高雄市長陳其邁表示，95年帶領市民朋友打開高雄港的圍牆，讓港口回歸親近市民，十餘年一路走來，憑藉著各界努力，一步步讓高雄港逐漸打造為屬於高雄人的美麗港灣。此次遊艇碼頭是首次市府陸域中央水域聯合招商，由高雄流行音樂中心場域結合港務公司水域，並共同由土開公司招商，深具意義的一小步，也是高雄邁向國際實質一大步。
臺灣港務公司董事長李賢義則表示，高雄港持續與高雄市政府提高舊港區價值，除了既有港口進化發展外，努力打造城市和港灣的連結，並同步進行商港區的調整及產業維繫之下縫合港市再創契機，愛河灣遊艇碼頭開發就象徵著舊港區轉型開發的下一階段，期待與密切持續港市合作。

此次A區成功簽約，位在高雄流行音樂中心珊瑚礁群室內空間與其前方水域3.26公頃，鄰近輕軌光榮碼頭站，預期可帶動高雄遊艇休憩產業的發展，並結合高雄城市美學打造獨一無二遊艇碼頭絕美景緻。
亞果遊艇集團董事長侯佑霖表示，A區開發將透過亞果豐富的遊艇休憩經營經驗，投資2.5億打造出84席國際級遊艇泊位、國際級遊艇俱樂部及海洋教育中心，創造70個就業機會。
另外，亞果公司透過自身多處碼頭泊位的建設經驗，將推出亞果碼頭3.0版運用到本案碼頭工程建設，施工上將運用更環保、安全及美觀方式進行打造，並結合高雄市政府於亞灣新創園暨5G AIoT專案，碼頭泊位將配置「5G智慧雲端水電樁」讓碼頭管理上可以更兼具便利、即時與智慧。未來並將申請5金錨碼頭認證，讓全世界船主認識高雄碼頭，讓遊艇產業在高雄更加蓬勃發展及智慧化。

未來愛河灣遊艇碼頭，也將成立「高流站」，將集結愛之船、渡輪、海洋休憩下水處，並配合台灣燈會會前會推出跨年限定渡輪航線，未來渡輪也將扮演串接港灣景點的重要角色，高流碼頭的渡輪航線將自12月26日至1月2日試營運，每日下午都將有2～3個航班往來棧貳庫、旗津，以海上巴士的形式串聯高流、棧貳庫、旗津，將成為高雄港灣特有的新玩法。

侯佑霖說，為了解決高雄港遊艇碼頭休憩泊靠的需求，搭配高雄獨特海港條件極為適合發展遊艇產業，且高雄遊艇產業產值已佔全國遊艇產值8成以上，在全球遊艇產值則排名第四名，擁有造船產業基礎與港口優勢的高雄，是發展遊艇產業聚落的最佳地點。希望透過此次加值投資，能為國際水岸城市高雄的海灣發展前景挹注一個新的動能。
