南市活化台86線橋下空間為上崙里民集會所 黃偉哲持續打造優質活動場域滿足民眾需求

台南市政府積極為市民打造優質公共活動場域，其中投入524萬元，活化台86線橋下閒置空間為上崙里民集會所，於今(29)日舉行落成典禮，將方便鄰里居民辦理各項社區活動，市長黃偉哲與市議員杜素吟、鄭佳欣、許又仁、郭鴻儀及在地里長、鄉親共同為集會所熱鬧揭牌，黃偉哲強調會盡速為上崙里民集會所配設自來水管線，提供鄉親更好的活動空間。

台南市長黃偉哲表示，感謝議員和里長們，積極爭取經費照顧地方，今天揭牌啟用的上崙里民集會所，雖然樣式簡單但功能齊全，作為里民舉辦活動或唱歌的場地，是非常好且優質的空間，相信未來使用率一定相當高，而南市府也會協助配設自來水管線，讓集會所的水電都供應無虞，也會針對大台南各地沒有活動中心的里，來陸續規劃興建活動中心，努力滿足民眾的需求。

仁德區長黃素美指出，目前南市府在仁德區投注大量治水經費外，尚有工業區開發及交通路網等大型公共工程闢建中，加以仁德區人口每年逐年增加，未來將成為新豐地區重點發展區域，為提供當地居民更優質的休閒活動空間，南市府補助524萬元，於市長黃偉哲任內首次在台86線橋下新建里民集會所，活化市內閒置空間，便利鄰里舉辦更多社區關懷活動，讓長者及更多民眾走入社群。
仁德區公所表示，本案基地佔地1501.07平方公尺，除主建物佔地236平方公尺外，尚有1000餘平方公尺空地面積為戶外廣場，可供各項活動使用。集會所主建物包括活動空間、辦公空間、門廊及廁所，並採輕質鋼構造、隱藏式斜頂設計，戶外也將部分空地規劃為停車空間，避免舉辦大型活動停車問題，整體設計簡單大方，具備多項功能，是區內里民未來優良活動地點，歡迎民眾多多利用。

此外，為使該集會所結合周邊環境予以優化，並提供多元複合功能，另有機車考照練習場、第九公墓綠美化工程、台86線橋下便道新增115盞路燈照明及自來水管線鋪設工程等持續增設中，帶給在地鄉親更舒適方便的生活環境。
