羅志祥清晨貼出吃拉麵的照片表示：「當初接到跨年表演時，其實很興奮也很忐忑，不知道大眾會如何看待我。沈默兩年了，今天在台下等待時聽到了「花蓮是我們的家，就從這裡重新出發」聽完後傅委員叫到我的名字，緊接而來的是呼喊聲與尖叫，我心裡的石頭放下了，感覺自己回來了。看見台下有人落淚時，原來還有一群人在等著我，一瞬間緊張和不安都不見了，打進心裏的是悸動和感動。雖然眼淚在打轉，但今天要呈現自己最好的一面，不能辜負大家的接納與期待。最後的鞠躬，是我無聲的表達，我會再回花蓮的，我會用我的行動來感謝花蓮。」
