台南鹿茸產季到 保養品、果凍都用得到它

每年4到6月是鹿茸的產季，根據農委會統計資料，全臺531場養鹿場中，南市就有61場，僅次於南投縣，且單場養殖數量多，是全台第二大養鹿地區，南市養鹿場主要分布在佳里區、七股區及學甲區，目前正值鹿茸採收季，台南市養鹿協會、中華民國養鹿協會聯手開發出多樣化鹿茸產品，邀請全台民眾來臺南參訪優良養鹿場，共享優質鹿茸與其產品。

台南市養鹿協會理事長陳慶宗說，臺灣鹿茸年產量約為28,684公斤，其中臺南市佔4,584公斤，61場養鹿場中，有17處獲農委會評選為優良養鹿場、23家國產鹿茸標章示範戶。

台南市養鹿協會總幹事許海龍表示，出產的鹿茸也開發許多優良鹿茸加工品，這些加工品早已翻轉民眾對鹿茸的想像，早期大多作為入藥或是其它藥膳產品，現今還開發出鹿茸潤膚皂、鹿茸護膚乳液、護手霜、鹿茸大棗飲及鹿茸果凍等產品，深具應用潛力。

2025年鹿茸將全面開放進口，陳慶宗與許海龍並不擔心，他們認為，台灣鮮採鹿茸主打新鮮外，且每家養鹿場都須通過農委會的檢疫、藥檢等相關規定，進口鹿茸則經過冷藏、運送，新鮮度不若國產鹿茸，台灣的養鹿業者絕對有信心面對進口鹿茸的挑戰。

農業局指出，季節交替亦是疾病好發季節，容易有免疫力下降情形，國人長久以來視鹿茸為改善體質的養生聖品，滋補食用強健體魄，鼓勵消費者多多選購國產優良鹿茸產品來提升自我免疫力，為一整年健康打底，並呼籲養鹿產業朝多元化發展，建立品牌價值，共同提升產業競爭力。
