台南市今(29)日共新增227名COVID-19本土病例
中央流行疫情指揮中心今(29)日公布國內新增12,313例COVID-19確定病例，分別為11,974例本土個案及339例境外移入(260例為航班落地採檢陽性)；另確診個案中新增2例死亡。台南市佔227名病例。
台南市今(29)日共新增227名COVID-19本土病例，當中110例為男性、117例為女性，年齡介於未滿10歲至80多歲，發病日介於4月21日至4月28日，其中包含37例為無症狀感染；227名病例中38名為經匡列為居家隔離者後採檢確診、32名為接觸親友而確診、1名校園接觸者、1名職場接觸者；另有155名疫調中個案。
為保全防疫量能，中央流行疫情指揮中心公佈實施「重點疫調」，匡列對象以確診者發病日或採檢陽性日（無症狀者）前2天起所接觸包括同住親友、同班同學、同辦公室或同工作場域密切接觸同事(以九宮格方式認定)之密切接觸者為主。
居家隔離天數自26日起縮短為3+4天（3天隔離及4天自主防疫），前3天居家隔離期間，須待在家中以1人1室為原則，不得外出；如快篩陽性，請主動告知「隔離通知書填發單位」或集中檢疫所人員，並依衛生局、所指示前往指定地點進行PCR檢測；4天自主防疫期間如有工作或採買生活必需品的外出需求，請於執行快篩檢測陰性後始得佩戴醫用口罩外出，並禁止於餐廳內用餐、聚餐、聚會、前往人潮擁擠場所及與不特定對象接觸。
自主防疫期間，如市民快篩結果呈現陽性，禁止搭乘大眾交通工具，須自行開車、騎車、或家人親友載送(雙方全程佩戴口罩)前往社區採檢院所進行PCR採檢，倘若採檢地點較近，亦可步行前往，無須透過衛生單位安排。
為確保市民於居家隔離結束後的4天自主防疫期間快篩試劑供應無虞，4月27日台南市共到貨3萬劑家用快篩，加上台南市自購到貨的7千劑，總計共3萬7千劑。另為確保市民能即時反應防疫相關問題，台南市增設06-2880180以外的專線06-3901551；市民除了撥打電話之外，也能透過臺南共照雲(LINE智慧小幫手)反應：LINE ID @794mfoab。
另衛生局昨(28)日邀集南區傳染病防治醫療網指揮官、副指揮官、疾管署南區管制中心、醫師公會、診所協會及各專責醫院專家召開即時線上協調指揮中心會議，會中作成「醫院探病、住宿式長照機構訪客管理皆維持現行措施直到5月31日，除例外情形皆禁止探視」相關決議。
