台南市今（3）日新增495例COVID-19確診病例

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(3)日公布國內新增23,139例COVID-19確定病例， 分別為23,102例本土個案及37例境外移入(14例為航班落地採檢陽性)；台南市佔495例，另確診個案中新增5例死亡。
台南市今(3)日新增495名COVID-19本土確診病例，包含254例男性、241例女性個案，年齡介於未滿10歲至80多歲，發病日介於4月25日至5月2日，其中包含113例為無症狀感染。
495名病例中有70例為居家隔離採檢後確診、20名為校園接觸個案、6名為軍營相關、36名為親友接觸個案、1名為職場接觸個案，另有362名個案的密切接觸者在疫調中。
若市民為確診者的接觸者、或家用快篩陽性，且居住於溪南地區，請佩戴口罩、持身分證及健保卡，於5月4日至8日，依照採檢對象分流，前往新化體育公園（新化區公園路110號）和松柏育樂中心（南區南門路263號）篩檢：確診者的接觸者，可於5月4至8日，每日上午9至11時進行鼻咽快篩；家用快篩陽性的市民，請持陽性試劑（密封包好），於5月4日至8日，每日11至12時進行PCR檢測。
溪北地區民眾，則可於5月5日至8日，至營新醫院（新營區隋唐街228號）篩檢，確診者的接觸者，可於5月5日至8日，每日8時至10時進行鼻咽快篩；家用快篩陽性者，請持陽性試劑（密封包好），於5月5日至8日，每日10時至12時進行PCR檢測。
針對兒童確診照護，兒科專科醫師何宗憲表示，兒童感染多數為輕症及無症狀，發病後約一兩周康復，常見症狀為發燒及咳嗽，因此家長應定期監測兒童體溫及血氧值，備妥退燒藥及塞劑，以及多多補充水分，另外，家長可以三大面向評估兒童情況是否危急，分別是外觀、呼吸及皮膚循環，若兒童的肌肉張力、眼神、呼吸狀況及皮膚表徵等明顯異常，才需緊急送醫。
