今晨恆春半島大雨來熙襲，恆春地區的雨量測站近3小時累積降雨量逾200毫米，恆春鎮也出現多處積淹水情形。

今(20)日清晨受對流雲逼近影響，恆春地區從5時起下起大雷雨，居民手機也收到大雷雨警示訊息，3小時內下了200毫米等致災性豪雨，往墾丁後壁湖的南光路積水一度達半個輪胎深，恆春鎮南光路段道路積水(南光路35號至瓊麻展示館)，無法通行，警方立即派遣員警前往協助管制及引導車輛改道，並通報相關單位排除積水，現場無人員及車輛受困，至上午8時25分許南光路段積水已退，道路均可通行。

恆春分局呼籲，在豪大雨期間，如遇路面有積水狀況，請勿強行通過，另如發現任何災情或需要警方協助時，可直接撥打110通報，警方也會針對易積水路段加強巡視，必要時進行交通管制，以維護民眾生命財產安全。
