照顧弱勢族群 陳其邁評估要擴大辦理微型保險

陳其邁於議會質詢上表示，要評估要擴大辦理微型保險。
有關議員建議市府擴大微型保險範圍及保投保年齡，讓更多弱勢族群獲得保障，高雄市長陳其邁答詢時指出，去年有4.8萬人受惠加入保險，表示於發放社會救助金時會詢問意願並加強宣導，也允諾將評估擴大辦理；他也提到市府利用農漁等各型保險來分攤風險，照顧弱勢族群和不同產業別。
陳其邁以農漁保險為例，指出高雄近兩年降低農漁民的保費負擔比例，投保人數也增加很多，農業保險部分，市府負擔比例由20%提高為30%，漁業養殖部分，漁民保費負擔則是從原來的1/3，今年降低為1/4；市府利用不同型態的保險讓來分攤風險，照顧更多弱勢族群、中低收入戶，及不同產業別的市民朋友，減輕其負擔。
此外，在財政結構方面，陳其邁也提到，近幾年在鐵路地下化建設，從100年後開始編列預算償還分攤比例，後來又新增鳳山段，基本建設需求，加上健保保費補助等制度性改變，但在110年度收支上來看已達到零舉債目標，他認同中央可以有更多資本投資落腳高雄，透過國家建設緊密結合地方需求，並引入民間投資，減輕財政負擔。
議員也提及地方文化融入5G科技發展沉浸式展演等議題，陳其邁表示，感謝議員致力於高雄環境永續以及歷史文化的保存，相較於國外教堂，台灣廟宇也是宗教文化且富建築之美，應要更加珍惜屬於台灣最珍貴、最有感情的廟宇文化，將責成羅達生副市長與民政局研商運用結合科技與宗教文化、市井生活內容，活化地方文化。
