端午3天連假，布袋警分局針對沿海地區布袋旅遊熱點規劃交通疏運措施（圖：布袋警分局提供）
端午節連續假期自6月3日至5日為期3天，嘉義縣沿海地區熱門景點布袋鎮高跟鞋教堂及布袋魚市場預料將吸引大批遊客前來旅遊或購買魚貨，嘉義縣警察局布袋分局規劃交通疏導專案勤務管制措施因應，希望遊客乘興而來，盡興而返。

布袋警分局指出，民眾前往觀光漁市或高跟鞋教堂，大多沿臺17或臺61線進入布袋市區，並循上海路、海港大道、臺61線聯絡道進入布新橋後直行中山路，遇中山路壅塞時，可右轉(紅燈可右轉)順安路→新興街→高跟鞋教堂，並可利用高雄港務布袋管理處前廣場免費停車。由於上述地點位於沿海偏鄉，對外聯絡道路有限，員警將視人車狀況實施部分道路管制或改為行人徒步區因應，請遊客遵行號誌及員警疏導指揮，以維交通安全及行車順暢。
布袋警分局提醒，因目前疫情嚴峻，請民眾全程佩戴口罩，落實個人防疫、手部清潔、保持社交距離；另民眾進入布袋魚市或高跟鞋教堂，請確實做好量測額溫、酒精消毒手部、衣物等工作，保護自己及大眾身體健康。
