受疫情影響，為振興市場經濟，台南市長黃偉哲今(22)日宣布推出「1集2戳3抽」台南菜市好禮抽獎三重奏活動，從6月28日起至8月7日止，將由東菜市、六甲、善化、新市、新營第一及水仙宮等6個公有零售市場每週輪番上陣，推出好康戳戳樂暨抽獎活動，藉以刺激市場買氣，增加攤商營業收益，邀請民眾一起支持傳統市場，踴躍採買，開心把光陽i-One電動車、15吋筆記型電腦、50吋液晶電視等好禮帶回家。

市長黃偉哲表示，受新冠疫情影響，傳統市場買氣持續受到衝擊，為振興市場經濟，市府推出『1集2戳3抽』臺南菜市好禮抽獎三重奏活動，針對傳統市場推出為期6週的集章活動促進買氣。
黃偉哲市長亦代表市府感謝光陽（KYMCO）機車贊助本次活動兩輛具未來科技感的時尚電動車作為抽獎最大獎項，歡迎鄉親踴躍參加，得主可能就是你。

光陽（KYMCO）機車執行長柯俊斌表示，這次很榮幸有機會和臺南市市場處合作，贊助i-One都會版(充電)作為活動抽獎最大獎。光陽Ionex想要提供給車主的一直都是綠色的移動生活，除了為我們的地球和週遭環境減少負担，同時又能讓車主保有騎乘的樂趣，期望透過本次贊助一起守護地球，為環保綠能盡一份心力。

經發局長陳凱凌指出，活動期間民眾可於指定市場索取專屬集章卡，於市場購買六大類商品(蔬菜水果、家畜類、家禽類、熟食、海鮮、雜貨百貨其他類)，即可參加一次通通有獎戳戳樂活動；另外於專屬集章卡上填寫個人基本資料，就可參加抽獎活動，有機會把電動機車、15吋筆記型電腦、電動摺疊自行車、50吋液晶電視、平板電腦等好禮帶回家。

市場處長陳豪吉進一步說明，疫情後為積極振興傳統市場商機，市場處持續推出不同促銷活動，除了好禮抽獎三重奏外，銅板快閃夠購GO等促銷活動也持續在各市場及夜市辦理，歡迎民眾一起前進傳統市場大採購，除了幫助攤商，也可以用小錢把大獎帶回家，更多活動內容歡迎民眾到「台南市市場巡禮」臉書查詢。
