夏季職場保安康 高市勞工局提醒防災重點

時序已進入高溫多雨的濕熱夏季，高雄市勞工局特別提點夏季職場的防災重點，勞工局表示，因氣溫炎熱，戶外作業直接暴露於艷陽下，容易發生熱中暑、熱衰竭及熱痙攣等熱疾病；隨著颱風豪雨季節來臨，作業場所容易積水潮濕，實施高處作業、屋頂修繕、設備維修、鄰水作業亦將日漸頻繁，對於衍生的可能危害，雇主必須加強評估，提前因應預防，以確保夏季職場安康。
勞檢處郭清吉處長率隊稽查工地安全措施
勞工局指出，預防戶外高氣溫作業危害，應落實「降溫」、「飲水」、「休息」3原則，雇主也應設置勞工休息區、充分供應飲用水，依照氣溫調整工作與休息比例，避免勞工發生熱疾病。實施高處及屋頂作業時，應設置護欄、護圍、安全通道及安全網，並派員巡視督導勞工確實使用安全帶與防墜器，隨時復原安全防護設施。
規劃設立勞工作業休息區預防熱疾病
臨時用電設備、潮濕作業場所及電動作業器具，一定要個別加裝防止感電用漏電斷路器，且相關電線、設備器材應保持絕緣防護正常未破損。適逢汛期颱風時期，應注意預防施工鷹架、塔吊設備、廣告招牌等倒塌飛落的措施，進行鄰水作業時，應確實建立作業連絡系統、緊急救援設施，選任專責警戒人員，隨時了解降雨量並監視河川水位或土石流狀況，遇有危險，就立即通知作業勞工迅速撤離，並視情況展開救援。
劃設立勞工作業休息區預防熱疾病
勞檢處處長郭清吉指出，高市勞檢處已將夏季職場危害特性列為實施勞動檢查的重點，若發現違反規定者，除通知限期改善外，並將裁處新臺幣3萬至30萬元罰鍰，若有立即發生危險之虞或發生職業災害，將依規定處以勒令停工的處分，提醒事業單位嚴加注意。
工地休息區標示嚴禁攜帶或飲用含酒精飲料
勞檢處呼籲勞工作業時，務必確實配戴使用安全防護器具，按部就班進行作業，隨時提高警覺注意自身狀況，嚴禁逞強冒險工作，切勿於工作前或工作中飲用啤酒或任何含酒精的飲料，並禁止酒駕，以避免發生工作災害，造成家人無法彌補的遺憾與傷痛。企業或勞工朋友若需安全衛生及防災協助，歡迎洽詢勞檢處07-7336959。
